Shipment Policy

Hi, welcome to CestoMen Barber Supplies!

We typically process and ship your order within 24-48hrs. Couriers handle deliveries once the packages are in their hands and it is out of our control. We are not responsible for the delay, loss, damage due to courier or any other factors not within our control. 

Please be aware that delays can occur due to holidays and unforeseen events.  This means it can take an additional 1-4 weeks in the delivery time. ORDER EARLY to ensure on-time delivery.

Also, we can not cancel your order when it's already shipped.

We use 3rd party tracking systems to track orders, and if the website states that your order was delivered, then we will go by it. Only when the province/state, city or postal code from your tracking number is not consistent with your inputted shipping details, we will offer the refund.

To the USA

Shipping fees will vary depending on your city of residence. Free shipping is available for orders over USD$49. 

To get an estimate of the shipping fees for your order, you should simulate an order by putting items in your cart and enter your shipping information. You do not have to enter payment information, the shipping fee will appear before you get to the payment step. 

The estimate delivery time is 7-12 business days.

To Other Countries Worldwide

For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout once you input your shipping address. Free shipping is available for orders over USD$49.

The estimate delivery time is 9-12 business days. 

If you prefer to use a express shipping service there are shipping options that are clearly identified as "express shipping", there will be an additional shipping cost.
