2. How long will it take to ship out?
We will ship out your package within 24-48 hours after your payment.
3. How long does shipping take?
Currently we offer 2 shipping option:
Normal Shipping (Free over 49$) : 15-25 business days.
Express Shipping (DHL/UPS/FEDEX) : 5-7 business days.
4. Can parcels be ‘safe dropped’ with Normal Shipping?
All of our parcels are sent with safe drop enabled and home step delivery. In some instances, the delivery driver will deem it unable to be safe-dropped and will leave it at the nearest post office for collection. This decision is made at the driver’s discretion.

6. What are the warranty periods?

7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes as long as your package has not been shipped out, please call, email or live chat straight away and we can attempt to put this request through for you. Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you do contact us out of these times we will respond to you as soon as possible.
